Zuzana Kohoutová
Soprano
She was born in Pelhřimov in the Czech Republic.
This joung singer started her musical studies with Antonio Carangelo in Vienna, after she shortly studied at the Academy of Musical Arts in Prague. She soon had got the opportunity to became a full-time student at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest in the singing class of Prof. Em. Éva Marton, where she still continues her studies.
In the last time she introduced herself as a solist within the framework of the extensive Händel Project under leadership of the significant Hungarian conductor György Vashegyi.
She became the Richard Wagner Scholarship (Bayreuther Festspiele 2015).
She specialises now in the German music literature and works of G. Mahler, R. Strauss, A. Berg, H. Wolf etc., which corresponds with her voice type and character.
